Now also possible to send the Activity Confirmation to a selected target group (Member Group).
We are working on refining this even further in a next release: attendees, members/guests separately, etc to send separate follow-up emails, for example.
You can now further complete your member info with additional profile fields.
For a cycling club the preference for race, mountain bike, ... or for a golf club their home club, federation no, but of course also any business info such as sector or field.
And in the Clubs tradition, an indefinite number of fields is possible, and the types (text, number, date, ...) are also very extensive. Let your members share even more information for a more vibrant club life.

For the business club De Kamers (Antwerp, Ghent), a high-performance membership and administration platform was developed at start-up (2016 and 2018).
Through this digitalization, the management of the 500 members and 150 annual activities was automated. This required only 1/2 FTE for management, compared to 2 FTEs for a similar business club.
This version, Klubs Classic, has already been duplicated several times as a club platform for PropellerClub Port of Antwerp and Fierce Ladies, among others.
During the Corana launch, in 2020, and the reduced activity within The Chambers, the time freed up was used to rework the Klubs platform to its current version.
With immediate platform set-up: multiclub, multi-language, responsive (desktop, App), modular APIs (Transaction mails, Mollie, accounting, ...), ...
Resulting in the establishment of Klubs bv in the summer of 2020.
Where at the start in 2020 and 2021, mainly worked on developing the platform with then from 2021 and 2022 a very gradual deployment in the market. Start-up with only 1 to 2 installations per month, in order to properly monitor the integration within the club and the club environment (member management, accounting, ...).
