Clubs - Support
For the business club De Kamers (Antwerp, Ghent), a high-performance membership and administration platform was developed at start-up (2016 and 2018).
Through this digitalization, the management of the 500 members and 150 annual activities was automated. This required only 1/2 FTE for management, compared to 2 FTEs for a similar business club.
This version, Klubs Classic, has already been duplicated several times as a club platform for PropellerClub Port of Antwerp and Fierce Ladies, among others.
During the Corana launch, in 2020, and the reduced activity within The Chambers, the time freed up was used to rework the Klubs platform to its current version.
With immediate platform set-up: multiclub, multi-language, responsive (desktop, App), modular APIs (Transaction mails, Mollie, accounting, ...), ...
Resulting in the establishment of Klubs bv in the summer of 2020.
Where at the start in 2020 and 2021, mainly worked on developing the platform with then from 2021 and 2022 a very gradual deployment in the market. Start-up with only 1 to 2 installations per month, in order to properly monitor the integration within the club and the club environment (member management, accounting, ...).
This resulting in a large number of features and options, as found in the Releases notes.

So although Klubs has only been around for a few years, it is based on several years of experience in association life, from both founders, and a solid computer science business background (Pandafish).
