Most clubs have sufficient personal data on the profile, stating First Name and Last Name.
However, some associations, particularly those with a significant number of members with noble names, prefer a more formal approach.
This is also common in the Netherlands, where names are written differently or alphabetized by the main name, for example: Noordwijk, van den.

In the advanced settings you can choose between
- Default – First Name, Last Name
- Formal – Prefix, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
(Titre, Prénom, Particule, Nom)
Member Profile
The member profile integrates formal etiquette into the display of member information.

These rich traditions also bring with them a number of unique customs in the Klubs implementation.
Address – Listing
The address is made with the full name (and title), but listing is only done on the main component of the surname
- Salutation: prefix, first name, middle name, surname (Princesse Elisabeth de Belgique)
- Listing: family name (Belgium or Noordwijk, van den)
Family Membership
In these traditional associations one person is a member, and the partner then automatically has a Partner Membership (Membre Conjoint).
Implementation in Clubs then:
- Member profile: both partners have a separate member profile under the same “family” name as Monsieur / Madame with the full birth name of the partner in the meta-fields if applicable;
- Membership: a membership is also created for these partners for the same period, but the membership fee is usually € 0.00.
