Associations is an add-on for associations that work with Associate Clubs, allowing their members to use their location through reciprocity.
Associations will follow up these reservations with the Associate Clubs, complete with mail follow-up to both the member and the Associate Club
Setup
Set-up is done via a fill-in screen on the computer
Ability to identify the different Associate Clubs and record the full description: mail contact, address, ...
Use
Members can reserve Associate Clubs, specifying date and timing.
Administration
A simple administration with the following statements.
Orders
A complete listing of reservations with indication of status.
Mail follow-up
Finalization of reservation by mail follow-up to Associate Club.
Further follow-up via mail to the member concerned, possibly financial settlement with billing of expenses.
