Public Activities
You can also invite Prospects, or the general public, to an activity and track registrations.
Setup
To do this, create a regular activity with all the info: location, timing, calendar, ...
Make this activity public and copy the Public Link.
Save all the settings you created.
Use
You can now use this activity, only specific is the invitation
- Mail invitation or via Mail campaign
- Invitation via social media or personal mail
Use the copied url (...klubs.be/activity_detail?id=3)
Registration
Registration is done through a separate web page specifically for this activity, but complete in your own club identity.
Follow up
Follow up from the admin, such as other activities:
- Full registration: personal data, billing info, possibly meta fields
- Attendance is indicated separately: registration via public link
- Ability to pay in advance through Mollie activity
- After registration, a confirmation of registration also follows by mail
- The regular billing where this Guest / Prospect, is billed correctly.
